Graduation Application and Stack Update

We are using delievered Self Service feature for Graduation Application.

Whe student applies for Graduation a row is added to the Record Program Plan stack with Program Action = "DATA" and Reason as Blank.

We would like to add a specific Program Action Reason.

After going through PeopleBook it appears that following setup would work.

SetUp SACR> Fundation Table> Acadamic Structure Academic Institution Table ( Tab 8 )

Field: Program Action Reason

PeopleBooks Description: Enter the program action reason used in the self-service Apply for Graduation process.

In the above setup I have added Program Action Reason as GAPP and I would expct Self Self Service Graduate application to add a row in Program Plan stack with Action = "DATA" with Reason = 'GAPP'.
