Why conflict check process is considering a promotion already expired ?

We have Retail Price Management Version 14.1.2.0.

And this is the case I would like to ask you about:

I have a promo with this dates:

Detail Start Date: 26/06/20

Detail End Date: 05/07/20

As you can see is already expired. but now if I want to create a clearance for my item-loc show me the message:

"promotion retail price should be less than Base Retail Price".

I search for this promo on some tables and no information was found:

RPM_PROMO

RPM_PROMO_COMP

RPM_PROMO_DTL

RPM_PROMO_HIST

RPM_PROMO_COMP_HIST

RPM_PROMO_DTL_HIST.

The unique table that has information about this promos is in : rpm_promo_item_loc_expl.
