Hi!

Really hoping someone can help with my query.

I would like to show the absences taken by month for a period in days only.

We have UOM as days for full time staff and hours for part time staff. I couldn't find a field to do this for me so attempted a workaround.

Our work pattern includes the number of days an employee works in a week. The normal hours shows how many weekly hours a person works. So using this I have calculated an individuals daily hours (normal hours/number of days)

So if the UOM for leave taken is in hours I have done the following calculation:
