Auto Approve Auto Created PO's but send Manual PO's to Approval Hierarchy

Hi

EBS PO R12.1.3

PO's that are auto created from Req's can be auto approved but this involves the buyer having Po Approval group authority and owner can approve set up option.

Manual PO's can also be created but should NOT be owner approved: they should be routed through the hierarchy.

We seem to be able to have either one or the other .. is there a way to achieve both requirements ?
