No PRODUCT USAGE information when executing options_packs_usage_statistics.sql script on Oracle 19c

Hi all. I'm executing the options_packs_usage_statistics.sql script to check Product Usage on Oracle database 19c version and there is no information resulting on PRODUCT USAGE section of the execution log.

We need to validate Product Usage on several Oracle 19c databases. The script doesn´t seem to work on Oracle 19c databases.

Any help would be highly appreciate it.
