How do I change approved requisiton ?

We are on 12.2.9. I would like to know if there is functionality in Oracle that woud allow a user ( requisition requestor) to change an approved requisition that has a purchase order created.

Right now we to not have the abilty to make any changes once the requisition is approved.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
