Is there API to populate iby_account_owners table ?

Hi,

We recently performed a vendor bank account cleanup via a custom program, and we found that some of the Account Owners no longer exists under the Bank account, i.e. no longer exists in iby_account_owners table.

Is there an API available that we can use to restore the missing records in our iby_account_owners table?

Please advise. Thanks.
