ECC V5 Upgrade sucessfull but ECC Developer is showing blank page

in Enterprise Command Center Framework - EBS (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

We are in R12.2.9 , V4, followed the document and ECC server started sucessfully, but when I access from EBS , I can see the below error in ecc log file:

Error log @ ECC server as below:

23:01:13.617 [pool-6-thread-1] ERROR o.e.i.u.m.CollectionRegistration - No live SolrServers available to handle this request

org.apache.solr.client.solrj.SolrServerException: No live SolrServers available to handle this request
