Harden Listener SECURE_CONTROL_<Listener_name> = TCPS

Hi,

Anyone know the steps to set the listener SECURE_CONTROL_<listener_name> parameter to TCPS.

After setting to TCPS, listener is not able to startup. Error "secure_control listener cannot operate with specified secure transport". I am running ORACLE19c on Windows Failover Cluster 2 Nodes (HA-Active/Passive).
