I cannot see Benefits under Me tab on test environment after migration to 20C

in EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC) Question

I added the required roles after migration but still cannot access the benefits page with employee. I searched it in My Oracle Support but I couldn't find the solution.
