Correct install, configure and access control for Financial Reporting in version 11.1.2.4 and later

I am working with client in an on premise situation. What is the correct install and configuration to use Financial Reporting with Oracle Hyperion Planning?


Once install and configured what is the correct access grants to the folders that contain the reports accessed by users which have been granted a Planner role in Planning?
