Template for new posts/ questions/ discussions

For all the posts, there is just a heading and then details box.

If there's a template that captures additional or structured details , like problem statement, functional or technical or consulting, impact , navigation etc. similar to whatever is provided in an SR, it helps to narrow down easily. In the absence of this, a text box is filled with many details , most of the times missing the very basic problem statement.

At times , we see that even after four / five posts, issue is still not defined clearly. This can be avoided.

This applies even to the very idea that I am posting here now. What is the idea, what is the current problem, what can be done to improve, how many may be benefits etc. would have helped to put this content crisply and effectively.
