'ora.asm' failed to start after October 2020 PSU

I have a clustered/RAC environment in AIX 64bit. The asm resource failed to start once the October 2020 PSU is applied.

The issue seems to be with this October 2020 DB PSU. Once the DB PSU patch rolled back, the asm resource starts.

I have logged an SR with the Oracle support team to investigate and attached all the logs.

Is anyone else in the same configuration seeing this issue?
