Unable to reduce the Complex PO amount.

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Trying to amend the Complex PO.

a. Trying to reduce the Complex PO created by using the Project.

b. Project is active till end of this year.

c. Tried to amend at the line level first and getting the error as "Price - Line 1 - Purchase Order line price is less than the total price on milestones that have been received or billed".

d. Tried to amend the Pay Items first getting the error as " Refer the attachment".

e. Partially WC approved and billed.

f. Encumbrance enabled Organization and Project specific.


Create SR and the no.SR 3-24371713051.
