Are there utilities to help the database migration from Apex 4.2.6 to Apex 18.2 to avoid ORA-00942?

Current System Details:

Apex 4.2.6

Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.4

Tomcat 7.0

Windows Server 2016


New System Details:

Apex 18.2.0

Oracle Database 19c

Tomcat 9.0

Windows Server 2016


Actions carried out:

On the new system, I have managed to get a successful install of Apex 18.2. I have exported the workspace and the application from the current system (Apex 4.2.6) and appear to have successfully imported both into the new environment using the built-in export and import functions.


The problem:

When running the application the menus and navigation shows correctly, however, when accessing a page that is supposed to show a table from the database it shows the following error:
