Is Office 2013 certified for E1 9.2.4.1 clients

We have a bunch of development clients installed on Windows 2016. We need to find out if Microsoft Office 2013 is certified to run on that platform with Tools Release 9.2.4.1. Due to licensing requirements we need to install Office 2013 and not something newer. I cannot find any reference to Office certification on the Oracle site, though of course I certainly could just be looking in the wrong place.


Any input would be appreciated.
