Notification if Tablespace is in RECOVER

Hello,

I haven't been able to find anything directly that says it can be monitored, but I want to set up alerting and notifications if a Tablespace file reports its status is RECOVER. I'm sure I could set this up to send notifications via a sql script on the server itself, but I'd much rather leverage Cloud Control to notify us.

Thoughts on how I can go about doing this?
