JDE 9.0 Payroll Tax refund upload

Hello,

We need to refund a state tax for about 400 people, we know how to refund taxes via interim for a one off.

But where we have 400 people was wondering if there is anyway to upload a file for this? We use interim header generator for uploading large time entry adjustments, is there anything similar we can use for payroll taxes?
