OAM 12.2.1.4.0 Exceptions (ADF and otherwise) when trying to login to oamconsole

Hi All,

I installed OAM following tutorial https://docs.oracle.com/en/middleware/idm/access-manager/12.2.1.4/tutorial-oam-install-oam/

Got all the way to creating domain and configuring OAM but when I try to access oamconsole ADF and other exceptions are thrown. What seems like primary exceptions show below at the end of this message. Full logs attached below and oam_admin_Versions file attached.

Using Oracle DB 19c, WLS Quick install 12.2.1.4.0 and there were no errors when installing WLS, FMW Infrastructure, OAM, running RCU and creating domain. Is there a fix for this?
