Error - 'This control is not supported as EnterpriseOne key"

Hello,

Our CSR manager sent me the attached error message while in P42101. She says it has appeared a few times but doesn't have a consistent pattern. I searched the jvm and logic server logs and did not see an error message that seemed related. I searched MOS and came up empty.

Please help point me in the right direction on where this error might be occurring or how to get more detail on it. It seems unlikely that debugging will work as it doesn't seem to be reproducible.

We are on 9.2 TR 9.2.4.2
