504 Gateway Time-out

Hi All,

We are getting a 504 timeout error in our production instance when running a report. It occurs after about 5 minutes. The query itself takes between 5 and 10 minutes to complete (when trying to reproduce via SQL Developer).

However, we do not get the same in our QA instance. The report will complete successfully after approximately 10 minutes.

Is there a way to determine which setting/configuration is controlling this? I can't seem to locate it.
