Setup Benefit PDBA

Hi

Can anyone offer some advice.

We setup a benefit code that calculate through pay codes 1-999 (basic Dba info)

We would like to limit the benefit paid to a maximum of 4 hours. this was done in Advance DBA info (Maximum Hours)

we would like it to use the rate of the employee it is assigned to and calculate @ Rate X maximum hrs

Issue is ,it is not pulling any calculation unless we add a value in Amount Rate 1. which it then multiplies by the maximum hours.




will appreciate any advice
