Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

I have followed all the steps provided to enable pick verification (Doc ID 2582054.1).

However the verification step does not appear on the mobile.

I please need assistance with this setup
