Long time for installation a database (more than 24 hours)

Hello,

we start the database configuration manager for install a new database in ORACLE19.

The last step is confirmed with Execute. Then the status of each process and a progress bar are shown.

At the step "Creating the database will be completed" the process freezes and the progress bar is at 64%. This display has been for more than 24 hours and no longer changes.

Does somebody has any idea?
