What could be the reason for the error message ACFS-05948, besides the possibility that standby is a

I am trying to initiate replication on an Oracle ACFS file system.

The data from the primary mount point should be replicated on standby.

 

When I start, the mount point (/ORACLE/export/) at primary and standby look like:
