Need license details in regards to WLS 14.1.1.0 in High Availability environment

We are planning to upgrade Web logic server from 12.2.1.3.0 to 14.1.1.0 with High availability environment in both development and production environments. We need clarifications on below with regards to High Availability

1) We are planning to have High Availability environment on 'IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit)' processor on each node. In this case, is the licensing based on number of processors on each node / number of cores per processor on each node / number of nodes present in High Availability environment?

2) In case, if we go with 'Linux x86-64' processor on each node, is the licensing based on number of processors on each node / number of cores per processor on each node / number of nodes present in High Availability environment?
