AUTO_TAX_CALC_FLAG = L in DB but show <Yes> on the form

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

looking at the supplier site record in Oracle, I find the <calculate tax> field set to yes, but when I query the AP_SUPPLIER_SITES_ALL or AP_VENDOR_SITES_ALL, it is showing the value of L.

is L equals to Y? can I trust that all sites showing as L in DB will calculate tax?
