Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Trying to see if it is possible to investigate when and if an Alter database command has been run, post the removal of alert log entries.

If someone was trying to hide database activity.
