User does not have write access to its own folder if permission is not 777

Hello,

As stated in the subject, I have a user that suddenly just lost write access to its own folders if those folders doesn't have permission set to 77x.

This just suddenly happened to us last week and server admins say there were no permission changes to the user. This is an admin user on the server and we just sudo to it for access.

Attaching the screenshot of one of the tests we did. The folder is owned by itself and has permission of 755.

Unfortunately Server admins will only follow our instructions on what to do to resolve or investigate the issue. But with our limited access to the server, we can't really investigate and suggest solutions.
