What patches are needed for 19c database install?

Recently I have installed the 19c database and after the install I have applied the OJVM and DB combo patch but noticed that there is also a OCW patch. After looking up this patch it is in GI release updates and can't be downloaded separately. I believe that this was installed because we did a software only install and created the database later but is this something that I need to patch or is there a way to remove it if I don't need it?

I don't plan on using GI or clusterware.
