What patches are needed for an Enterprise Manager Cloud Control installation?

I have recently installed EM Cloud Control 13c R4 and a 19c database on a single host. After the install I went looking for any needed patches but more and more seem to keep coming out of the woodwork and I was hoping someone had a precise list of everything that I should be monitoring for patches or security updates. So far this is what I found.

EM Cloud Control (OMS bundle)

Oracle HTTP server (OHS)

Weblogic

BI bundle patches

BI publisher

OPatch (13.9.4)

OMSPatcher

Am I missing anything?
