Is there a way to install 19c GI on Oracle Linux 8.1?

Tried to install 19.9 GI on oracle Linux 8.1, but asm afd is clearly states that it is incompatible with the kernel:

AFD-620: AFD is not supported on this operating system version: '5.4.17-2011.1.2.el8uek.x86_64'

AFD-9201: Not Supported

AFD-9294: updating file /etc/sysconfig/oracledrivers.conf

Tried several patches, also tried it with 19.8, but the problem still persist.

Is there still a way to install it? Or is there any kernel in OEL 8 that is compatible with asm afd? According to compability matrix afd only supported up to OEL 7.8. We would like to use 8.x.
