How can I set up 401k Roth Catchup?

Is there a good source document on how to create the set-up for 401k Roth Catchup in Oracle EBS 12.2.9? I see there is a bug where 401k Roth Catchup is not created when creating the other 401k elements in the group. We need to set this up as part of our element group and I repeatedly find docs in my search that are older or not related to EBS so I am not sure which approach is recommended.
