When employee has multiple jobs, pay period cost for 2x plan are missing for certain bands

When employee has multiple jobs, pay period cost for 2x plan are missing for coverages above certain bands within the plan card in fluid OE. If a band with no pay period cost is selected, the plan card won’t display the pay period cost. Upon submitting, the web statement and the PDF enrollment statement displays the correct pay period cost.  This is not an issue with employees with only one job.

Upon Submitting Enrollment, the web statement does reflect the pay period cost.

PDF statement also reflects pay period cost.

Does anyone have any ideas? We are on 9.2, PT 8.57, image 35.
