Smart View error when creating Journal Entry - "Change was made with the form unprotected...."

Have a user with Smart View 11.1.2.5.900 that gets the error shown in the image.

User can create the HFM journal, but when attempting to insert some blank lines, the message appears: "Change was made with the form unprotected and size of the form changed.".

User is able to click "OK" and proceed, but would like to stop this message, if possible.

Other users do not have this issue. Did a search but can't find any mention of this elsewhere.
