PeopleSoft 9.2 Recruiting: How can we edit the disposition 090 - Hired?

We had a recruiter who change the candidate disposition to Hired (090) instead of Interviewed. I tried to alter the Flexible Recruiting process but it didn't work.

We are unable to edit the disposition for the candidate. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
