root.sh script giving Out of Memory error

i have done what this note recommends, but not working

AIX 7.2, Oracle 19.3

log:

Finished running generic part of root script.

Now product-specific root actions will be performed.

Relinking oracle with rac_on option

Using configuration parameter file: /u01/app/19c/grid/crs/install/crsconfig_params
