After upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9 output in PDF format from XML Report is change

In 12.1.3 there are many customization XML report. Previously , output in PDF format look good . But after upgrade version to 12.2.9, output doesn't look good anymore. When checking table property in RTF template, I can see something strange. Cell option in table property is select for "Fit Text". Please see sample in attachment.
