Do we need to pay for the older version of Java?

in Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC) Question

Hello,

We are using the following java on some systems.

It seems Oracle Java SE is not free to commercial use. We would like to confirm if we need to pay for using it?

The version of Java is as below.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

java version "1.7.0_51"

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_51-b13)

Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.51-b03, mixed mode)
