Update Cost doesn't work if we are not specify the category

Hi,

We are using Standard Costing, In 'Update Standard Costs' - program, We have selected the Category Set while updating Pending Costs to Frozen, It doesn't work and system is not initiating the other spanned programs and not updating from pending cost to frozen cost, but when we specify the category along with Category Set then system is initiating other spanned programs and updating pending cost to frozen cost, Our requirement is we will specify only category set and run the program, then system should update pending cost to frozen cost. any suggestion please?
