Allow modify record except terminal status

Hello

We are using Primavera Unifier version 20.9.

We want to use the functionality of the Record creator allows to modify the record, but we have seen that it possible edit even the record is in a terminal status.

Is there any way to avoid to modify record when is in terminal status?
