Decimal places for crew size

Are there any restrictions/precautions to consider before increasing the number of decimal places on Crew Size (Alias SETC). We have situations where one operator looks after 7 machines but we are currently restricted to 1 dp so have to choose between 1 in 10 and 1 in 5. We appreciate we can manipulate labour time on the routing, but prefer the visibility offered by Crew Size.
