Distribution Claim amount by offer line?

In previous version of Oracle before 12.2, when creating the claim then selecting the related offers (lumpsum or accrual), we used to be able to select the offer line (by item or category) which we can select the amount to claim.

in 12.2.6 we can only

select the offer then enter the total amount with no option to specify which order line.
