12.1.3 - AutoPay - Issue Claim To The Beneficiary Customer

Hi Team,

I searched metalink/user guide but not provided the detailed information on the setup/functionality. So, requesting you to provide the exact answer:

We are enabling the autopay functionality for the rebate offer in oracle trade management.

1) If we setup a offer for customer 'A' and assign the Beneficiary customer 'B' in advanced options, will the autopay issue the claim for the Customer 'B'?

2) Since no whitepaper or no detailed setup information available on User guide, Please request detailed answers/steps (if possible with screen shot) below:

a) Need to include customer 'A' and Customer 'B' in the market eligibility? so that ship confirmed/booking SO is considered from both customers for accrual calculation and claim will be issue at customer 'B'
