Issues installing 19.12.10

in Unifier (MOSC) Question

We are on 19.12.4 and are trying to install 19.12.10. When we finish the installation, we still see 19.12.4 as being the version on the login page and when clicking on About Unifier. We have tried twice to install it and no luck. Has anyone else run into issues with installing 19.12.10?
