Global Change across multiple projects - what are you doing?

Afternoon,

We're looking at how to do global changes across multiple projects, as you would in P6.

Given that GCs are not possible within programs, what are people doing to work round this - manually running an individual GC for each project is not going to be an acceptable option.

Currently, we're looking at getting the data out into a separate reporting cube to work the old GC magic through equations.

We did think about using formula driven configured fields, but this would mean that the fields were always changing - and that's not quite going to work on this requirement.
