Mapping out OEM migration to new server with upgraded OS, upgraded RDBMS and upgraded OMS


We presently have OEM 13.3 running on Linux RHEL 6, with the repository Oracle 12.1.

Mapping out a migration to a new Linux server running RHEL 8 with Oracle 19c and OMS 13.4.

Suspect that I am going to have to break this down into some smaller steps.


I believe that I will first have to upgrade OMS to 13.4 on the existing source server.

Next, I would follow the steps to migrate OMS from one host to another.

Getting stuck on the step the database step to restore the source database via RMAN.
