Work Order Attachments Details - How can we make the text box bigger in the details popup?

Hello everyone - My first time actually asking...I often find great info here, but haven't actually asked a question before. In EBS 12.2.8, we have had many folks ask this question...

Navigation = Maintenance Home ~ Work Orders ~ <clicking on icon to view attachments>

Question = The detail box is tiny and users have to "scroll and scroll and scroll and...". Are there parameters we can set to increase the default size of this box?

The only answer I have been able to provide so far is to suggest attaching a document instead of just a text entry. And if using a text entry, to keep it short. I would like to give them a better answer if possible.
