Upgrade OGG from 12c to 19c along with the databases

Hi,

Planning to upgrade from 12.3.0.1.4 to 19c. But when I install the new version I need to choose 12,18 or 19c database version.

We are also planning to upgrade to databases (12.2->19).

If I install OGG for 19c I cant used it for the current database setup (12.2)? I rather not upgrade db and OGG at the same time...

Any ideas?
