Why Submitted jobs messages from other users not appearing from work center application

Hello Team,

I am trying to view submitted jobs messages from other users after clicking "All Queues" Check box from work center application - but am able to see only jobs which are submitted by me but not the others submitted jobs.

Note: One of my colleague having same Security Role - he is able to view the submitted jobs of mine, but am not able to view for some reason. Hence, security option can be ruled out.
